My parents joke that that is exactly how I sound when I see a friend. So, in the spirit of my bloggy friends, old and new, haiiii!
I'm linking up with Andrea today to share a little about me.
I'm Melanie. A 32 year old child. That's how I feel anyway! Except when I roll out of bed in the mornings. Or try to get up out of the floor after playing with my niece. When did I get old??
A gift to my friends. I love a good joke. See? A child.
Anywho- I get side tracked easily. Obviously.
I'm 32. Single as a pringle. No children except for my fur child, little CaraMia Pupcake, who I lovingly call Mia.
I graduated high school in 2002. I went to Western Kentucky Univ. with absolutely no clue what I wanted to do. After 2 years, and completing my gen. ed. plus some extra classes, I decided to fall back on what I always wanted to do- teaching. I chose English (and Allied Language Arts) and for some reason, got my certification in high school. Lord...if I knew then what I know now. I would definitely have chosen elementary. But anyway... I graduated with my Bachelors in 2006 and my Masters in 2010.

I currently work for my step-dad in the office of his business. I also am a positive behavior specialist with a little boy who has autism. I love that I get to do this part-time a few days a week. I just love that kid.
My very first trip to Vegas!
I also am a Silpada Designs rep. If you haven't already heard of Silpada, it's an amazing company ran by some amazing women (and men). Sterling silver jewelry. All hand-crafted. Lifetime guarantee. I love this company and love the jewelry even more!
Again. Never serious. Halloween 2014.
Some more little tidbits about me-
I'm a Christian and love my church and church family. I love my family something fierce. I have a 3 year old niece, and one on the way, that I love more than anything in the world. I like to travel, but don't get to do it often. I read when I get the itch to. I am with my friends probably too much, going out to eat probably too much. I love UK ballgames. The beach. Big cities. Exploring new places. Trying new or newly discovered restaurants. Purses and shoes. Decorating.
I like to laugh. Like it's my favorite thing in the whole world. I'm very sarcastic. A little sassy. And this blog usually can reflect that.
You can ready about my New Year's Resolution (or lack thereof) here.
If you're new here, welcome. I hope you decide to click that little Follow me on Bloglovin' button on the side over there. Please introduce yourself!
And if you are an "oldie but goodie" reader, I'm so glad you are still with me. Leave me a note letting me know you're still around.
Happy Tuesday, friends!
