Let It Go

I've been struggling lately with how people treat me. I let it bother me and bother me, and I feel like it's all I talk about. All I worry about. And there's absolutely nothing I can do about how they act towards me. So worrying is kind of pointless, right?

How do you get past something that consumes you?

  1. Ugh. I'm the same way. I think I expect too much out of people so when they don't treat me the way I anticipate or the way I want, I mull over it for a long time. Far longer than I need to or is healthy for me. I don't know how to quit that though.
